Each DVD has been tested to see that it still plays correctly, and is free from surface scratches that might affect playback. I have checked the condition of the sleeve insert. I usually replace the case with a new clear case. I have never liked black cases! Effectively, each DVD has been "reconditioned" to be in a "LIKE NEW" condition.
I only keep very limited stocks of these "NOT NEW or LIKE NEW" DVDs but usually try to keep at least 1 to 2 in stock especially if it has been a popular DVD in the past and especially if it one of those that I personally like.
